Sweating And Exhausted, Not Feeling Like Yourself?

It’s time for a real-life menopause approach, designed for the body you’re in and the life you’re living now.

FREE LIVE MENOPAUSE WORKSHOP

Wednesday lunchtime | Online | Replay included

Maybe you’re waking up tired after a full night’s sleep.

You’re suddenly hot when everyone else seems perfectly comfortable.

Your joints ache. Your clothes feel tighter. Your belly feels puffier.

Your energy disappears halfway through the afternoon and sometimes you barely recognise the woman looking back at you in the mirror.

And everywhere you look, somebody has another menopause solution.

  • Eat more protein.
  • Cut the carbs.
  • Fast longer.
  • Lift heavier.
  • Take these supplements.
  • Balance your hormones.
  • Lose the menopause weight.

It’s exhausting just trying to work out how not to feel exhausted.

But what if you don’t need another one-size-fits-all menopause plan?

What if you need to understand what’s changing in your body and learn how to support the woman you are now?

That’s what this workshop is about.

A different way to think about menopause

Menopause isn’t a collection of individual symptoms that each need their own supplement, diet or solution.

Your body is interconnected.

Your hormones affect your sleep.

Your sleep affects your blood sugar.

Your blood sugar affects your energy and hunger.

Your gut, liver, stress levels, movement, nutrition and environment all play their part too.

Which is why simply trying to “fix” the symptom you’re experiencing can leave you going round in circles.

During this free workshop, I’m going to help you zoom out.

To understand what might be happening beneath some of those symptoms.

To start noticing the signals your body is giving you.

And, most importantly, to know what you can actually do to support it.

What we’ll explore together

Why you don’t feel like yourself anymore

We’ll look at why menopause can affect so much more than your periods, from energy and sleep to digestion, body composition, temperature regulation, mood and how you feel in your own skin.

Why your symptoms aren’t happening in isolation

Rather than putting exhaustion in one box, weight gain in another and hot flushes somewhere else, I’ll show you why we need to start joining the dots.

Why what worked before might not work now

The body you’re living in today isn’t the same body you had at 25, 35 or even 45.

That’s not something we need to fight.

It’s something we need to understand.

Why another diet isn’t the answer

You won’t leave this workshop with calories to count, foods to fear or a rigid meal plan to follow.

We’ll look instead at nourishment, your environment and the everyday foundations that help your body function well.

Where to actually start

Because knowing more isn’t helpful if you leave wondering what on earth you’re supposed to do with all that information.

I’ll give you practical ways to start supporting your body in your own real life.

This is menopause for real life.

You don’t need to eat perfectly.

You don’t need to spend your Sunday meal prepping.

You don’t need to give up everything you enjoy 🍰🍫🍷

And you certainly don’t need to turn managing your menopause into another full-time job.

There will be holidays.

  • Birthdays.
  • Wine.
  • Cake.
  • Takeaways.
  • Bad nights’ sleep.
  • Weeks when you can’t be bothered to exercise.
  • Days when dinner needs to be on the table in fifteen minutes.

Your menopause approach has to work there too.

Because we’re not creating a six-week health kick.

We’re creating a way of nourishing and supporting the body you’re going to live in for the rest of your life.

And this is where The Menopause Pantry begins.

Over the years, my own approach to menopause has become less about adding more rules and much more about reconnection.

  • Reconnecting with real food.
  • Reconnecting with our bodies and learning to listen to their signals.
  • Reconnecting with cooking and the simple skills many of us have lost.
  • Reconnecting with natural rhythms, cycles and seasons.
  • Reconnecting with nature.

And creating an environment around ourselves that makes nourishment feel easier rather than harder.

I bring all of this together through The Menopause Pantry.

It’s not simply a cupboard full of “healthy” food – what even is “healthy” these days?

It’s a practical method for supporting your changing body in real life.

And during the workshop, I’ll show you how you can begin using it too.

By the end of our time together…

I don’t want you leaving with another enormous menopause to-do list.

I want you to have that wonderful:

“Ahhhh… now this makes sense.”

feeling.

You’ll understand your body a little differently.

You’ll know why some of the things you’ve tried before may not have worked.

You’ll have some simple things you can start doing straight away.

And hopefully, you’ll feel excited about supporting the woman you are becoming rather than constantly trying to get back to the woman you were.

This workshop is for you if…

You’re somewhere in perimenopause, menopause or beyond and you’re:

  • exhausted even though you’re trying to look after yourself
  • sweating through another hot flush or waking up hot at night
  • aching, stiff, puffy or generally feeling inflamed
  • experiencing weight or body-shape changes you don’t understand
  • struggling with cravings, hunger or energy crashes
  • confused by conflicting menopause nutrition advice
  • fed up with being told to eat less and exercise more
  • overwhelmed by all the things you’re apparently supposed to be doing
  • or simply thinking…

“I just don’t feel like myself anymore.”

You don’t need any nutrition knowledge.

You don’t need to have your diet sorted.

And you absolutely don’t need to arrive with a perfect pantry.

Come exactly as you are.

Hi, I’m Sue

I’m a qualified Menopause Nutrition Therapist and founder of The Menopause Pantry.

I’ve spent years studying nutrition and wellbeing, but I’ve also lived through the reality of menopause myself.

And the more I’ve learned, the more convinced I’ve become that women don’t need another set of rules telling them how to control their bodies.

We need to understand them.

My approach brings together nutrition, hormones, gut and liver health, stress, sleep, movement and our everyday environment — but underneath all of it is one simple idea:

Reconnection.

I want women to feel confident around food again.

To understand their symptoms rather than fear them.

To rediscover the pleasure of nourishing themselves.

And to build a way of living that supports their health through menopause and for decades beyond it.

That’s what I’ll be sharing with you in this workshop.

I hope you’ll join me.
