What are your goals for the next cycle (29.5 days) only?  These goals usually align with your larger goals it is just easier to reach these larger goals with small sprints.

Take some time over the next day or so to reflect upon the past few weeks;

  • what went well?
  • What didn’t?  Don’t beat yourself up, just acknowledge.
  • What are your intentions for the cycle ahead?
  • What actions can you plan to take to achieve these?

Follow the path of this moon cycle through the Spring, Summer and Autumn phases before taking time to rest again.
