? Are you ready for Pancake Day?
Originally a pagan festival to celebrate the arrival of Spring, the hot round pancakes symbolised and encouraged the heat of the sun.

Pancake day is also known as Mardi Gras which is French for Fat Tuesday – a bit of trivia for you??
