Hi, I’m Sue – Your Menopause Doula

I’m a Menopause Nutrition Therapist and Holistic Health Rebel, dedicated to helping women navigate menopause naturally—without HRT, confusion, or frustration.

Like many of my clients, I’ve seen the medical system dismiss women’s experiences, offering either medication or no help at all.

But I know there’s another way.

Why I Do This Work

I founded Nutrition Naturally Forever in 2019 to support women like you in reclaiming their health. However, my mission became even more personal in 2023 when my stepdaughter was diagnosed with estrogen-positive breast cancer at just 35.

That moment reinforced what I had long believed: women deserve better education, better support, and real solutions that don’t rely on synthetic hormones or quick fixes.

The truth is, your body isn’t broken. It’s speaking to you.

Symptoms are messages, and when we learn to listen, we can work with the body instead of fighting against it.

Breaking the Menopause Myths

Let’s get one thing straight: estrogen deficiency is a myth.

If menopause was simply about “losing estrogen,” why is estrogen dominance such a common struggle? And why are 80% of breast cancers fueled by estrogen?

The real issue isn’t less estrogen—it’s imbalanced hormones.

When we stop seeing menopause as a problem to “fix” and start working with the body’s natural evolution, everything changes.

Menopause isn’t a decline. It’s an awakening—a chance to reset your body, restore balance, and step into your full vitality. That’s why my approach is different:

I hold a Practitioner’s Diploma in Menopause Well-Being and Advanced Diplomas in Nutrition and Weight Management. I’m also trained in Intuitive Eating the energetics of Moon Magic and am currently studying Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Most importantly, I’m a woman just like you, passionate about helping others break free from confusion and step into a joyful, vibrant post-menopause life.
