In 2019, I embarked on a mission to support women like us on this transformative path. That’s when Nutrition Naturally Forever was born.

My goal is simple: to help you interpret your body’s unique language, overcome menopause symptoms naturally with real food, and non-diet practices, and regain optimal health and well-being. All while staying in harmony with your ever-evolving lifestyle.
A Natural Approach
I understand that Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) isn’t for everyone.
This could be due to medical issues such as estrogen-positive cancer, high blood pressure or any number of underlying conditions. Perhaps you don’t want to rely on medications and prescriptions and would prefer to forge a natural path.
This is why I’ve developed a natural approach to creating optimal health and hormone harmony through menopause and beyond with my SHIFT System.
It’s important not to mask symptoms of menopause, as this is the body’s way of communicating.
What you need to be able to do is interpret these symptoms and address the root causes of the disruption you are experiencing.
I’m here to help you regain control of your life and unleash the Wild Woman within.

My mission as a Menopause Doula is to guide women through menopause as a transformative journey, empowering them to embrace their inner Wild Woman and achieve hormonal balance naturally.
Through holistic practices, nourishing nutrition, and toxin-free living, I help women reconnect with their bodies, find renewed purpose, and thrive during menopause and beyond, without relying on HRT.

Who I Serve
Women over 40 who seek authentic support and a professional service to save them from having to trawl the internet wading through conflicting advice.
You’re not looking for a quick fix; you want a sustainable, body-positive approach.
My philosophy is all about nourishment, not punishment.
I’ll guide you through cyclical living, menstrual cycle awareness (or moon cycle awareness if you no longer have a cycle) helping you align with your body’s rhythms and the world around you, making way for in-season foods, time for planning and taking action to reduce stress as well as vital rest and reflection.
My Credentials
Rest assured, you’re in capable hands. As a Menopause Nutrition Therapist, I hold a Practitioner’s Diploma in Menopause Well-Being and an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management and Nutrition for Physical Activity. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. (mFHT).
I’ve also completed additional training in Intuitive Eating and Non-Diet Approaches along with a Moon Magic Diploma to complement mainstream practices.
Currently, I’m expanding my horizons with studies in Ayurvedic methods and Traditional Chinese Medicine to provide myself and my clients with a deeper understanding of the holistic approach to well-being.
