What is the Christmas Limbo?

After the hustle and bustle of rushing around before Christmas and once you have slept off your coma, there is a period of time between Christmas and New Year which I call The Christmas Limbo.

It’s that time of year when no one quite knows what day it is or which meal is next. We have been caught in the sweet/savory spiral and no longer even feel hunger!

One day seems to run into the next and it can leave you feeling lethargic, a little down or bored, and lacking in motivation.

Make the most of the Limbo

We, humans, are cyclical beings and it is important that we take time to rest.

Winter is a perfect and natural time for us to do this.

However, we don’t want to be sucked into an unhealthy spiral which can have a negative effect on our:
