I’m Sue, founder of Nutrition Naturally Forever, and I guide women through menopause with clarity, confidence and calm.

As a qualified Nutrition Therapist and Menopause Doula, I support women in understanding what their bodies need during this transition and how to respond in a way that restores harmony naturally.

Not through restriction.
Not through fear.
And not through fighting your body.

But through nourishment, understanding and simple, sustainable shifts.

My role as a Menopause Doula is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of symptoms like weight gain, fatigue, anxiety, sleep disruption and hormonal changes, and supporting you as your body finds its way back to stability.

Because menopause isn’t a malfunction.

It’s a transition that requires a different kind of support.


Why I Do This Work

Like many women, I once believed the only options were to push harder, eat less, and accept feeling disconnected from my body.

But the deeper I studied nutrition, hormones and the physiology of menopause, the clearer it became that the body is always working toward balance when given the right conditions.

Menopause isn’t something to fix.

It’s something to understand.

And when you do, everything begins to change.

I hold a Practitioner’s Diploma in Menopause Well-Being and Advanced Diplomas in Nutrition and Weight Management. I’m also trained in Intuitive Eating, the energetics of Moon cycles, and I’m currently studying Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

As a Nutrition Therapist and Healthy Menopause Doula, I combine clinical knowledge with deep respect for your body’s natural intelligence — helping you understand what’s happening beneath your symptoms and how to support yourself safely and naturally.

Most importantly, I’m a woman just like you.

I understand how confusing and unsettling this transition can feel — and how powerful it is when you finally understand your body and know how to support it.
